FAQs

What happens if I feel ill?
Please do not attend if you:

  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19
  • have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
  • have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
  • have arrived in England in the last 14 days and are not covered by the exemption rules relating to self isolation
  • have been instructed to self-isolate

If you are unable to attend due to one of the above reasons, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance date or the ticket monies credited to your customer account for future use, providing you have contacted the Box Office up to 24 hours before the performance.

Any individual who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable, or who is in the same household support bubble as someone who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable, is advised not to attend.

What if my temperature is too high?
Upon entering the building you will be required to complete a temperature check. If you are found to have an elevated temperature reading of 37.8C or greater, you and your group will be asked to move to our waiting area.

Once in the waiting area you will have the opportunity to cool down, remove any winter coats or have a drink of water.

After a period of time a second temperature reading will be taken. If this again reads 37.8C or greater you and your group will be unable to enter the building and see the performance, your tickets can be exchanged for an alternative performance date or the ticket monies credited to your customer account for future use.

Anyone with a high temperature will be advised to contact NHS Track and Trace and seek further testing.

Please note temperature checks are not a replacement for other protective measures such as social distancing.

What if I feel ill after my visit?
We are working with the government to Track and Trace. If you display COVID-19 symptoms you need to get a test as soon as possible. If you test positive NHS Test and Trace will ask you where you have been recently and who you have been in close contact with.

If government guidelines change we will update our guidelines accordingly.
