Writers' Workshop with David Palin
Explore the world of creative writing in a fun and interactive workshop.
You will have the chance to delve into plot and character development, as David, whose latest novel Your Call… is set in Winchester, shares his approach to writing novels as well as some of the inspiration behind his stories.
Whether you have yet to put pen to paper or are already writing your next book, the workshop will provide practical tips and advice, hopefully fuelling your imagination; providing further inspiration and stimulation for your writing journey.
David is the author of dark psychological thrillers. He is intrigued by the things that hide, often in plain sight, in the shadows beyond the light of our everyday lives. Having studied English & German literature at Southampton University, which included time living in Germany, he believes we are drawn to darker tales and imaginings. He regularly runs writing workshops to help inspire creativity in others.
