University of Winchester’s BA Acting programme
Stef Smith’s Nora: A Doll’s House
Stef Smith’s Nora: A Doll’s House (after Henrik Ibsen)
Directed by Gemma Kerr
It's 1918. It's 1968. It's 2018.
Three women at three distinct moments in time. Each trying to hold everything together, but the world unravels when the secrets they have tried to hide finally emerge.
This re-telling of Ibsen's classic, A Doll's House, explores Nora Helmer’s place now and through history, asking the question how much has really changed in 100 years?
Extending their long history of dynamic Performing Arts provision at the University of Winchester, they are delighted to share this contemporary work from their first cohort of final year students on their new BA Acting programme.
